How To hide a tabcontainer tabpanel when a certain condition is true.

pass the value of your in the querystring and then test for it in the code behind
protected void TabContainer1_PreRender(object sender, System.EventArgs e)
    {
        if (Request.QueryString("condition") == "False")
        {
            TabContainer1.Tabs(2).Enabled = false;
        }
    }
